Julian continues to lead In Harmony, the English community programme inspired by Venezuela’s hugely successful El Sistema. Projects are underway in Liverpool, Lambeth and Norwich and in all three areas Head Teachers are reporting greatly increased levels of attendance, self discipline and motivation amongst the pupils.
